Welcome to the wedding of Julie & Jeff…& Toby! And welcome to this blog post in which we revel and revel some more in all of the golden things about this day last year. It’s not just the way the sun shone in October in Chicago and it’s not just these *incredible* gold velvet runners on our in-house farm tables. It’s not even just the decor by appropriately-named Exquisite Designs or the cake of dreams from ECBG Cake Studio or the way candle light and Edison bulbs combine to create a truly magical vibe at Fairlie.
It’s the way Julie & Jeff’s natural and lovelyl down-to-earthness radiated a warmth that sticks around and shines through the photos of their wedding below. It was a genuine pleasure to be a part of their planning process alongside the bringers of party The Union Band, sustainable angels Big Delicious Planet and the chillest planner-pro in the game, Kristy from Lola Events.
