After booking, client is invited for a 1-2 hour consultation to discuss vision, vendor recommendations and timeline/floor plan, as well as for a second 1-2 hour final walkthrough with planner/caterer 1 month from the event date.
A dedicated Venue Manager will work with you, your planner + vendors leading up to and on the day of your event.
Rehearsal coordination + ceremony execution: A 1-hour rehearsal is included in the venue fee, subject to Fairlie event schedule.
Security personnel is hired to greet and direct guests from 30 minutes prior to event start and 30 minutes from the end time of your event.
Seating and dining tables for up to 250 guests + 10 cocktail tables will be provided as part of the full rental package.
